[HCM] SOCIAL COMMERCE PLANNER

Job Description

Social Commerce Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Stay informed about social media and e-commerce trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social commerce initiatives with overall marketing efforts.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize social commerce platforms, including but not limited to Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops,

and other emerging social commerce channels.

  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.

Product Integration:

  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of products into social commerce platforms.

  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social commerce.

  • Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community among social media followers and customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.

Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social commerce efforts.

  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue generated

through social commerce channels.

Collaboration with Influencers:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify social commerce efforts.

  • Develop partnerships and promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social commerce campaigns to promote products and special offers.

  • Monitor and analyze the success of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on social commerce.

  • In-depth knowledge of livestreaming, social platforms and emerging trends.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Creativity and a strong understanding of visual content creation.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
