[HCM] PARTNER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE - MELIVE

1. Job summary

At Melive, we're on a mission to accelerate social commerce. We connect passionate creators with ambitious brands, igniting sales and engagement through captivating livestreams and short-form videos. 

As a Partner Success Executive at Melive, you'll be the alchemist behind this transformation, nurturing creators and unlocking their full potential within the captivating world of social commerce by acting as the primary point of contact for Melive's partner creators post-onboarding, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success with the network. Your role involves managing relationships, assisting with content strategy, performance planning and implementation, and facilitating access to resources and support.

Partner Success is a position in the Partner Management Team, and reports to the Partner Manager.

2. Key responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to:

  • Manage the performance and engagement of the assigned group of partner creators (KOL/KOC/ Tiktoker).

  • Become the creator's confidante: Develop the creator’s performance plans, understanding their strengths, aspirations, and content styles to craft suitable and best performing strategies.

  • Be the cheerleader and coach: Provide regular feedback and coaching sessions, providing support and improvement opportunities to empowering creators to refine their skills and maximize their impact.

  • Fuel collaborations with brands: Facilitate seamless integration between creators and brands through joint monthly and campaign performance plans,  ensuring synergy and mutual success.

  • Identify and address concerns: Proactively anticipate potential challenges, offering solutions and support to keep partnerships thriving.

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Commercial, Performance, and Operations to deliver successful campaigns and baseline performance, to achieve shared targets (GMV/NMV/Revenue/ROAS…).

  • Maintain a high level of creator engagement, through community activities and personal engagement.

  • Stay tuned and be able to adapt to the fast changing environment of livestream commerce (Tiktokshop, ShopeeLive…)

4. Qualifications

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with:

  • 4+ year working experience; with

  • 2+ years of experience in partnership and/or account management, talent acquisition, ideally within the social commerce or influencer marketing space, media/creative agency, media production.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate trust and navigate diverse personalities.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ensuring clear understanding and mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach, anticipating potential challenges and devising effective solutions.

  • Good at data analysis and interpretation, utilizing insights to improve performance in ecommerce.

  • A passionate understanding of social commerce trends and the power of creators to drive engagement.

  • A strong plus if you are used to or have been managing a monthly turn-over target of 5 billions VND or above.
