[HCM] SOCIAL/CREATIVE PLANNER

Responsibilities

  • Strong Strategic acumen to ensure understanding of brand objectives, research, and creative platform across channels

  • Detection of consumer insights, trends, and cultural tensions

  • Development and conception of target group-specific, cross-channel brand, and communication strategies. Working closely with the media team through the channel planning process, across all points where we can put our message (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid)

  • Advancement of the brands through the ability to combine psychological knowledge, analytical thinking, and creativity

  • Translating creative briefs into comprehensive, creative and innovative communication strategies based on a deep understanding of media tactics, channels opportunities, and consumer behaviors

  • Produce cohesive strategies that bring success to campaigns, including channel roles, standard processes, consumer journeys

  • Champion the ongoing cross-agency integrated planning process

  • Support the senior team, along with creative and all marketing fields in understanding what it takes to connect with people

  • Expertise across all channels, including digital and social

  • Stay curious and be familiar with competitor marketing programs

  • Creative inspiring, concise presentations and sell your work effectively

  • Be resourceful to work with different budgets and come forward with ideas, solutions and suggestions

  • Based on media and channel insights by persona and target, make a recommendation for a customer journey map

  • Connecting regularly with business leads to establish a firm depth of knowledge within the business to drive insightful strategy and make recommendations

Qualifications

      At least 2-3 years experience in Social Planner or similar positions

      Experience in developing brand propositions

      Strong analytical skills: the ability to derive insight from wide ranging data sources, and to simplify complex problems

      Strong communication skills: the ability to be clear and inspiring in written and verbal communications

      Good knowledge of the digital fields, especially in music industry

      Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills, with a passion for innovative digital concepts

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

      Excellent team working skills

      Collaborative, practical and solutions focused
