Job Description:

You are a creative leader, creative mind and project manager all in one body. You are passionate to craft and make stories that can touch heart and mind happen. You have a tremendous understanding of cross-channel marketing initiatives and can collaborate with brand marketers, copywriters, and designers to bring concepts to life. Right now, you might work at an advertising, entertainment, or experiential agency or even a private corporation’s creative division.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Propose creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns to deliver brand’s messages. Ideas and concepts are mainly for viral digital videos, shows and MV and involve KOL/influencers. 

- Oversee the development of creative support materials, including collateral, POS, set design, interactive, video, premiums, presentations, etc.

- Coordinate with internal agency and client partners to manage creative part of projects from concept to execution

- Maintain full accountability for final approval on all creative materials

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Monitor and evaluate marketing environment for challenges and brand-building opportunities

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Passion and enthusiasm for creativity, big ideas and collaboration

- Demonstrated ability to organize, write, and present compelling decks that can persuade and convey the agency’s concepts

- Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends (Facebook, YouTube…)

- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience

- Proven track record of building client confidence and strong relationships

- Experience with and ability to manage a creative team

- Exceptional problem solving skills

- Proven design and concept development experience
