[HCM] SOCIAL CONTENT/INFLUENCER MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop ideas and regular content pieces for channels TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook;

  • Ensure content adheres to the voice, brand, and quality standards of the artist;

  • Research as needed for writing content pieces to stay relevant, update to current copy trends;

  • Manage and run ads on Business ads account of channels;

  • Create social insight reports based on the statistics of Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube;

  • Quality and crisis control on social space;

  • Work closely with Content Planner, Content Writer, and Content Specialist to deliver and implement plans.

  • Enhance the communication between users and improve stickiness, activity and loyalty of the user group, build up a positive community and incremental of content.

  • Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met.

  • Develop content planning and review creative and content.

  • Stay updated on technology trends, social media, and the influencer marketing landscape.

  • Executing performance reviews and campaign reporting for brands.

  • Social Media Management:

  • Plan social media calendar by mapping campaign slots for media channels.

  • Roll out content by briefing creatives, content execution, QC creative works, post schedule.

  • Work with creative to create new ideas, direct creative to translate social trends/ social ideas into practical concepts and social posts.

  • Support in community management by replying to comments, inbox.

  • Keep updated with the social trends to adapt and quick action for brands.

  • Make a report, key learning and next steps.

  • Perform other specialized tasks as required by the job and leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with field marketing, media and relevant field.

  • Good working knowledge and having at least 2 years experience of digital marketing/ advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/ or social media marketing.

  • Experienced in handling Influencer Marketing Campaign and Strategic Partnerships.

  • Experience in the KOL agency is a plus.

  • Strong network with influencers with good account management skills.

  • Good Vietnamese & English in oral and written. Excellent active listening skills.

  • A strong personality who is able to work individually and within a team.

  • Adaptability & excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy.

  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Excellent multitasking skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
