As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations and maintain business compliance, stability, and continuity. This role is crucial for optimizing operations, increasing productivity, and ensuring the technical and operational readiness of our network for sales campaigns and livestream sessions.

Operations Manager leads the Operations team, reports to the Head of Melive. It is a mid-level managerial position.

2. Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to:

  • Platform Setup and Monitoring: Oversee the functional setup and ongoing monitoring of Melive MCN’s portal, creator pages, seller stores, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Policy and Regulation Updates: Stay abreast of and implement platform policy, regulation updates, and new features, ensuring compliance across all operations.
  • Compliance Management: Manage the network compliance, respects to both local authority’s regulations and platform’s policies, addressing any issues to maintain business continuity and stability.
  • Platform Campaign Configuration: Coordinate the setup and delivery of sales campaigns, including (sample) product management, product invitations, seller deals, platform/ seller/ MCN vouchers, and commission sharing structures.
  • Operational Delivery: Ensure seamless operational support for sales and campaign delivery, including studio preparation, sample arrangement, livestream assistant (LA) assignments, and technical production team arrangements.
  • Warehouse Management: oversee the setup, SOP, and day-to-day operations of the sample warehouse, ensure smooth support while maintaining good asset management practice.

4. Qualifications

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with:

  • 5+ years working experience; with
  • 3+ years of experience in service operations, customer services management, or platform operation, ideally within the ecommerce, fintech, (studio) production, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or social commerce.
  • Strong understanding of technical setup and monitoring of online platforms.
  • Experienced in warehouse management, asset management, fulfillment management.
  • Knowledge of compliance management and ability to navigate regulatory environments.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in managing a team of 20+ members, with multiple shifts is a plus.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and innovation.
  • Good collaboration skills, being able to work with multiple teams while keeping good priorities and balancing the mutually beneficial.
