Responsibilities:

Be initiative in Project management tasks: meet up with clients, take briefs, brainstorm, research about brand/consumer insights.

Proactively manage a busy and complex calendar, Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, contract, production, campaign management),

Project Coordinator: Collaborate with project managers to develop & manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Assist in coordinating tasks and activities among team members, ensuring smooth project execution and timely deliverables.

Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and mitigation strategies, communicating them to relevant stakeholders.

Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.

Communication Facilitation: Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and project managers, fostering effective collaboration.

Status Reporting: Assist in generating project status reports and updates, conveying progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting quality checks and reviews as needed.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with project managers and teams to address project-related issues.

Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events or Artist’s working.

Handles multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times

Deliver all task requirements from Project Lead.

BA degree. Knowledge in communication and marketing, especially digital marketing;

3-4 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, or at least 2 years experience as a Senior Account Executive

Proficiency in Vietnamese, specifically in using Vietnamese grammar, especially in using repeated, onomatopoeia, pictographic Vietnamese words;
