[HCM] MARKETING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and lead execution of outcome-oriented consumer and data-driven strategies for new release & catalog.

  • Pro-actively expand audience for artists and for platforms

  • Develop and nurture fan communities around artists & genres

  • Initiates, plans and executes all aspects of marketing and promotional campaigns for upcoming releases and MMusic Catelog alongside internal marketing team and media partners.

  • You will lead the day-to-day projects on assigned releases to ensure that these projects receive the appropriate level of marketing and publicity to achieve the necessary digital numbers, objective campaign and exposure, as well as liaise with the A&R and Digital teams to gather all necessary assets to meet delivery deadlines.

  • Lead the strategy, Execution plan to promote the new release & catelog and optimize new/different marketing and communication tools, approaches, and types of content

  • Develop commercial strategies (distribution, support, play-listing, assets creation) aimed at growing catalog consumption in key digital accounts and partner with Digital team to deliver them.

  • Works closely with the A&R and Content team to formulate and implement digital plans, social media rollouts and DSP campaigns, as well as prepare, generate and update about planning, report, creation of analytic projects.

  • Developing and sustaining artist relationship and develop strategies in marketing and breaking new acts and hit chart success.

  • Implement and derive campaigns focused on data collection; Maintain and nurture existing newsletter lists to ensure they are messaged consistently and efficiently.

  • Help maintain relationships with key partners and work with them on promotional activities (both online & offline), content creation, exclusive events and other partnership opportunities.

  • Branded assets development: Create MMusic owned branded assets targeted at reaching specific audience and promoting section of catalog centered on genre/sub-genre/group of artists. The brand would have a clear target, communication strategy, social presence (likely with own social assets) and presence on platforms incl. playlists.

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years’ of recent experience in entertainment business, preferably working with Vietnam music genres.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Analytics, Business Administration, Music 

  • Understanding of Streaming platforms & Digital Platforms including: Spotify, Apple Music, Zing MP3, META, Tiktok, YouTube etc.

  • Strong Relationship management/ Planning skills

  • Must be a team player, passionate and selfless collaborator, inspiring team leader effectively driving agenda across the organization and with external stakeholders, with outstanding collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.

  • Must be proficient at clearly and concisely communicating strategies and plans to diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English
