Job Descriptions:
- Work, negotiate, and be in charge of contracts and related costs for artists in the company. Arrange the activity schedule to be as convenient as possible for the assigned artist.
- Search for show and event booking sources that match the artist's image and the company's strategic direction.
- Make short and long-term plans for artists, find suitable opportunities for artists to meet the set plans.
- Plan launch activities, interviews, etc. Arrange rest and travel schedules for artists in accordance with their work schedules, ensuring the artists' individual requirements during the trip.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential business partners, creating opportunities for future artists.
- Work closely with key departments such as Search and Artist Management, Marketing, Digital, Commercial, etc. to fully exploit artists' potential and seize opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Have experience in artist management or have worked with artists.
- Have good relationships with people in the world of music, entertainment, music production or related fields.
- There have been certain successes in bringing commercial benefits to artists or companies before.
- Have a thorough understanding of domestic media overview.
- Love or be passionate about music and domestic artists in general.
- Good conversational English.
