[HCM] E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THIS JOB

 

  • MLabel - also known as the private label business of METUB, is one of the new commercial models that was established to increase the Creator's potential through Commerce

  • Key Responsibilities

  1. Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring all product information, pricing, contents are accurate and up-to-date

  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

  1. Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media advertising

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization

  1. Product Management

  • Oversee the listing and merchandising of product on the website

  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels and product availability

  • Implement strategies for product launches and promotions

  1. Analytics and Reporting 

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. 

  • Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior and website traffic

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience on implementing performance on E-commerce channels with knowledge of platforms' structures and processes.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS and basic graphic design skills is a plus

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytic)

  • Passionate marketer with open-mind and definitely a team player
