Key Responsibilities

Website Management:
-
Maintain and update the e-commerce website, ensuring all product information, pricing, contents are accurate and up-to-date
-
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Digital Marketing
-
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media advertising
-
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
-
Product Management
-
Oversee the listing and merchandising of product on the website
-
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels and product availability
-
Implement strategies for product launches and promotions
-
Analytics and Reporting
-
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior and website traffic
QUALIFICATIONS
-
2-3 years of experience on implementing performance on E-commerce channels with knowledge of platforms' structures and processes.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Knowledge of HTML / CSS and basic graphic design skills is a plus
-
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytic)
