[HCM] HRBP - HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

  1. Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the strategic planning process of the BUs, providing opinions on HR-related issues.

  • Coordinate with business departments to determine human resource needs and develop appropriate recruitment, training and development programs.

  • Advise BUs Head on personnel-related issues, such as corporate culture, work motivation,...

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of human resource strategies and propose improvement solutions.

  • Participate in the process of building the enterprise's performance management system, from determining goals and evaluation criteria to designing evaluation processes and tools.

  • Provides documentation, guidance and training support to managers during performance management system implementation.

  • Collaborate with managers to organize performance review sessions for employees. Ensure assessments are conducted objectively and fairly.

  • Carry out human resources management activities, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and resolution of employee-related issues.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a positive work environment and encourage employee development.

  • Participate in analyzing the organization's current and future human resource needs. At the same time, propose human resource development strategies to ensure there is enough quality human resources consistent with business goals.

  • Monitor and report employee performance to managers. HRBP needs to ensure that managers have enough information about employee performance to make appropriate decisions.

  • Build strong relationships and provide trusted advice on all HR programs, policies, processes, employee relations and HR projects;

  • Be a partner of the Business Unit and stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, retention, employee relations, advice to the stakeholders on people matters;

  • Understand and analyze business requirements and pain points, connect business requirements with HR solutions, form professional solutions and implement them on the ground.

  • Combine with the overall HR planning, reasonably plan individual key work and improve the quality and efficiency of HR work.

  • Regularly review and propose improvements to business processes and organization structure to achieve organizational efficiency;

  • Provide career roadmap advice to employees and help them develop and grow within the organization;

  • Develops a prominent talent pipeline through robust capability and competency development, as well as resource and succession planning.

  • Handle employee onboarding and exit interview process;

  • Focal point for implementing and answering human resource programs directly to the BUs;

  • Join HR projects and other assignments by the line manager.

  1. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or any other related fields;

  • At least 5 years of generalist HR experience, and at least 1 year of HRBP in the same industry (media entertainment, Social commerce) is a plus;

  • Good customer service mindset;

  • Good analysis and evaluation ability;

  • Excellent project management skills with great speed and accuracy;

  • Ability to work under high pressure and multiple tasks to meet deadlines and changing fast working environment;

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, up to and including senior levels

  • Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills

  • Successfully navigates a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Strong business acumen including ability to balance business needs with organizational expectations

  • Ability to creatively problem solve with an understanding of short and long-term decision impact

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
