[HCM] CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER MANAGER

Role Overview:

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will take the helm of our art department. The ideal will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting MMusic and that of our valued clients. We are looking for experienced people, who have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding: Work with the entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice. 

  • Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials

  • Develop creative assets based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team. Create attractive designs for both print and digital media, including MMUSIC project, Artist's campaign, Brand Projects and other CREATIVE projects.

  • Independently lead visual projects as assigned by the Creative Director/ Art Director.

  • Manage quality of visual products of self or/and junior designers and third parties from production to usage of clients.

  • Get feedback and evaluation from the internal team and partners to enhance visual services.

  • Study consumers/users' insights (channel, trend and mentality, social position, language of target audience) by internal and external sources and take advantage of up-to-date design, printing and interactive techniques relevant to client’s industry as assigned by the Creative Director/Art Director.

  • Understand best practices for social media, web, and email including how to create successful, engaging content for each platform.

  • Comply with standard working process, defined project working plan, communication, feedback, and reporting rules

  • Available for off-hour (weeknights and weekend) deliverables as tied to artist release or MMUSIC’s Projects.  

Qualifications:

  • Over 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design

  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping

  • Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives

  • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives
