- Constantly update on consumer insights, communication trends and learn from various case-studies in the field to enrich consumer knowledge to initiate great campaigns & build meaningful brands.
- Take lead in cracking Clients’ brief, collecting background and organizing brainstorms with other departments. Partner with the account team to develop great ideas at all points of customer contact.
- Develop a master plan for all campaigns under the guidance of the Head of Department and own the plan until the detailed execution stage.
- Ensure all deliverables required from the group, internally and externally, are met in an efficient & timely manner.
- Present ideas to clients solidly & effectively in pitching or proposal presentation meetings

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Be holistic, good at conceptual things, long-range thinkers and effective in presenting
- Very keen learner
- Be interesting. Know lots about lots, not just a lot about advertising.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Concentration in Advertising or Marketing preferred
- At least 2-3 years’ professional experience in advertising or marketing. Account management or creative experience would be a plus.
