ABOUT THIS JOB

Manage the development and execution of MKT strategies to achieve business goals and sales targets.

Work closely with the Product development team to ensure product offerings align with market demands and consumer preferences.

Responsible for all related marketing activities, including:

Planning, conceptualizing and implementing for an always-on/ seasonal campaign.

Coordinating with the Commercial team to generate buzz, demand and enhance visibility.
-
Collaborating with Influencers and other 3rd parties to promote products through social media and social commerce.

Liaise with related departments to ensure the campaign is fully operational.

Analyzing and conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive offerings (operation, business/marketing strategy...) for improvements and new ideas.

Monitor the related budget, sales situation and forecast.

Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of experience in related positions.

Strong understanding of marketing principles through social/ e-commerce.
-
Creative and analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and high-quality work.

Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and innovation.

Excellence in communications and problem-solving skills.
-
Passionate marketer with open-mind and definitely a team player.
