[HCM] Licensing & IP's Artist Management & Development (Artist Focus)


- Acquire, maintain and distribute music to local & international DSPs, YouTube Music, TikTok….( focus key artists)

- You will interpret data to generate insights, trends and data stories in the streaming landscape to ensure we’re always running best in class campaigns. Working with artist & Marketing - Promotion team to promote the tracks/album in all platforms.

- Understand music industry, streaming platforms algorithm and provides consultancy to -

partners on music tracks/album release and monetization strategy. You will track the growth of our audiences on all streaming services and come up with creative strategies to both grow and engage these audiences

- You will help develop our relationships and assist in the direct pitching of our releases to upcoming/developing streaming partners. Manage the effective pitching of our weekly releases to all streaming partners

- Develop & build the relationship with Artists and explore more opportunities for Artist in all services of MMusic.

-Develop the new content series (IP online or offline show) and lead the team to execute campaigns. 

- Working closely with Project Team to develop and optimize maximize revenue resources for partners

- Maintain and optimize the revenue from Licensing of Artists. 

- Understand music copyright laws & practices and provides sound advice to stakeholders

- Prepare related documents and work with different stakeholders (music publishers, record

labels, etc.) to obtain music license as requested.

- You will collate and distribute key campaign assets to our commercial team and external partners

-You will create and maintain DSP pitching presentations

- Align with different stakeholders to execute the distribution successfully

- Managing music co-production/investment projects with partners if any.

- Other assigned tasks by the line manager.


- Having a youthful, dynamic spirit and love to create content

- Project management & execution skillset 

- Fresh graduate or Having maximum 2-3 years experience experienced as Account

Executive for talent companies;working with KOLs, celebrities is an advantage.You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive tasks & prioritize effectively

- Having passion for researching and creating entertainment content on digital platforms, copyright

- Having good communication and presentation skills.

- Having a good knowledge of the music industry, and procedures related to music.

- Creative thinker who loves a challenge and you always look for multiple ways to solve a problem

- You are a confident team member and understand the value of teamwork

- Being a compelling and confident presenter

- Having great communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships
