[HCM] CUSTOMER SUPPORT - LICENSING MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

DESCRIPTIONS

- Develop and implement a strategy for customer service with the overall objective of improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and quality of service.  

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.

- Evaluate and understand customer requirements to deliver optimal service.

-Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers through transparent communication.

- Own the end-to-end customer service experience, collaboration with other departments (e.g. sales) and other Operations teams where necessary.

- Maintain the music distribution system to answer all questions and emaisl of partners. 

- Understand music industry, streaming platforms algorithm and provides consultancy to -

partners on music tracks/album release and monetization strategy.

-Collect and analyze customer feedback, handle complaints to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty.

- Understand music copyright laws & practices and provides sound advice to stakeholders

- Prepare related documents and work with different stakeholders (music publishers, record

labels, etc.) to obtain music license as requested. 

- Collaborate in the enrichment of our knowledge base by writing articles and by identifying new relevant subjects in order to improve Support team

- Align with different stakeholders to execute the distribution successfully

- Managing music workshop/ event projects to engage with partners if any.

- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics

- Other assigned tasks by line manager

REQUIREMENTS:

- Having a youthful, dynamic spirit and love to create content

- Fresh graduate or Having minimum 2 years experience experienced as Account

Executive/ Customer Support for talent companies;working with KOLs, celebrities is an advantage.

- Having passion for researching and creating entertainment content on digital platforms

- Having good communication and presentation skills.

- Having a good knowledge of the music industry, and procedures related to music
