[HCM] TALENT EXECUTIVE - O&O

You'll be a master negotiator, a creative strategist, and a trusted advisor, all while building strong connections within the music industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Approaching & Development 

  • Talent Scouting with Commercial Potential: Find talents focusing on singers with outstanding talent and stage presence who also have a natural connection with brands and could generate shared profits for the agency.

  • Client Development with Strategic Partnerships: Form strong relationships with your assigned singers, understand their musical goals, and create personalized plans that help them achieve both artistic and commercial success, including opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with brands.

  • Talent Image Development & Consulting: Work with your clients to cultivate a unique and engaging persona both on and off stage, providing guidance on personal branding, fashion choices, and public appearances.

  • Social Media Mastery: Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns that maximize your clients' online presence and build a dedicated fan base.

  1. Deal & Project Management 

  • Deal Negotiation: Secure great performance bookings, endorsement deals, and other opportunities

  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of your clients' schedules, ensuring the smooth execution of rehearsals, recording sessions, live shows, and promotional activities.

  • Brand Endorsement Specialist: Identify and secure lucrative brand endorsement opportunities that align with your clients' image and values, negotiate favorable contracts, and oversee all aspects of campaign execution.

  • Administrative Assuredness: Handle contracts, paperwork, report and financial aspects related to your clients' careers with accuracy and efficiency.

  1. Industry Relationship 

  • Industry Immersion: Stay ahead of the curve in the music landscape, identifying new trends and building strong relationships with key players such as A&Rs, producers, venues, media outlets, and potential brand partners.

  • Media Relations & Influencer Marketing: Foster positive relationships with media outlets and leverage strategic influencer partnerships to amplify your clients' brand partnerships and overall image.

  1. Team Management

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and motivate your team of Project coordinator and Social Media Specialists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment while providing coaching and development opportunities.

Desire Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing and touring musicians (a valuable asset).

  • Strong network of contacts within the music industry and brands 

  • Familiarity with music production and marketing strategies (demonstrates well-rounded knowledge).

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (beneficial for international opportunities).

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully scouting and developing musical talent.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a clear understanding of revenue-sharing models 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with artists.

  • Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Passionate about music with a deep understanding of different genres and trends.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
