[HCM] SENIOR CREATIVE PLANNER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop integrated creative strategies for MMUSIC IP content platforms, audience journeys and detailed communication plans for new initiatives and innovations based on a deep understanding of media tactics, channels opportunities, and audience behaviors

- Provides strategic creative direction and defines the guidelines from which the content team and other teams can work easily to cascade them into daily content

- Strong strategic acumen to ensure understanding of MMUSIC objectives and business goals, research, and creative platform across channels

- Coordinate with the internal team to produce content across all points where we can put our message (for both text and visual) following the plan, supporting to share detailed briefs and follow up to get the content output on time

- Integrate MMUSIC’s established look and feel into social creative in a compelling, valuable and authentic way

- Detection of consumer insights, trends, and cultural tensions

- Advancement of MMUSIC through the ability to combine psychological knowledge, analytical thinking, and creativity

- Connecting regularly with business leads to establish a firm depth of knowledge within the business to drive insightful creative strategy and make recommendations

- Stay curious and be familiar with competitor marketing programs

- Creative inspiring, concise presentations and sell your work effectively

- Be resourceful to work with different budgets and come forward with ideas, solutions and suggestions

- Proactive with suggestions about how propositions, briefs and comms can be improved. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Creative Planner or similar positions

- Experience in developing brand propositions

- Strong analytical skills: the ability to derive insight from wide ranging data sources, and to simplify complex problems

- Strong communication skills: the ability to be clear and inspiring in written and verbal communications

- Good knowledge of the digital fields, especially in music industry

- Excellent creative thinking and ideation skills, with a passion for innovative digital concepts

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

- Excellent team working skills

- Collaborative, practical and solutions focused
