[HCM] PLANNING MANAGER - BRAND PARTNERSHIP

Job Description

Strategy leading

  • Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply

  • Get the right and updated market landscape (social media behavior, influencer marketing trend,…)

  • Understand and dig down consumer insights (FMCG, Tech, Bank, ….)

  • Source and apply market or consumer data to gain data-driven and compelling insights to address client objectives or issues

  • Develop influencer/community strategy approach, campaign roadmap. Propose campaign measurement from inspiration to execution

  • Craft creative briefs and provide clear persuasive briefings to Creatives

  • Collaborate with account and creative teams to identify strategic needs, strategic ideas, and lead all aspects of strategic planning on preparation of new pitches.

  • Utilize METUB’s tools, inventory, assets to integrate/alignment on proposal as new innovation/exclusive solutions to drive growth opportunities and show our advantage planning on market.

Management

  • Manage the workload of team members

  • Ensure planning tasks meet the deadline requirement (both internal & external with client)

  • Coach or guide member of team to enhance planning qualify

  • Report to Director always on

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a multinational advertising agency

  • Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry (special in influencer marketing)

  • Ability to look at both the big picture and details

  • Strong logical thinking with analytical skill, flexible mind-set

  • Great experience in writing strategic pitch. Ability to identify strategic needs, strategic ideas, and lead all aspects of strategic planning

  • Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations

  • Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese

  • Good at management skill to coach your team;

  • Ability to work effectively with varieties of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account and Technical Delivery Specialists;

  • Great project management abilities. Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects.

  • Able to handle pressure
