Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage team to plan out communication, digital marketing, social media marketing plans and proposals including new pitches and retainer/key clients

- Be responsible for team services, product strategy and each KPIs campaign / project  (billings and profit)

- Be capable to allocate the budget effectively, judge the rate cards and add value to the daily jobs to control the strategic direction, media plan to client

- Build up source of external suppliers and bale to negotiate to ensure the margins

- Foresee problems/issues/crisis as they arise, finding the best solution for team/ company/ client

- Consult with client on projects/ campaigns, suggest the best creators fit projects / campaigns and provide actionable digital solutions

- Negotiate and manage clients to make sure all requirements are delivered on time and beyond expectations

- Present brand sponsorship opportunities to creators, talent agencies, and talent managers. Consult full deal cycles starting with pitching sponsorship opportunities to creators and leading into video production and campaign completion

- Approach new clients and develop the relationships with potential ones

- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth

- Develop strategic partnership with all media and channel owners

- Dedicate for updates on changes to all platforms and technology which have direct impact on performance marketing services

- Lead, inspire and drive the team to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement)

- Lead by sample and generate an environment of collaboration among the team

- Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills

- Contribute in working process improvement (internal, inter-companies and external)


- Be able to use Marketing tools: Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager, Google analytics…

- Significant experience with a wide array of brands, consulting brand deals with creators and present them to clients

- Knowledge for YouTube creators and YouTube platform

- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management & team development skills

- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

- Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines

Education and Qualifications

- BA of Marketing/ Digital & Communication

- Minimum 3+ year experiences as management level as Senior Media Social Manager at an agency


- Salary + commission + bonus (mutual agreement)

- Remuneration in accordance with Vietnam's regulations
