MMUSIC is seeking a talented Performance & Ads Operations Specialist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including planning, social and Artist Relation (AR) to deliver efficient digital performance plans for our ecosystem channels to optimize our music and content distribution and promotion strategies.

This position will work and report to our Digital Marketing Manager and Business Development Director.


  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns and other assigned duties across various platforms and channels including SEM, social, and display to increase ROI, drive traffic and revenue

  • Manage all aspects of ad campaign fulfillment from post-sale campaign scheduling, ad testing & implementation through campaign delivery & performance optimizations across internal and partner network

  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance and data based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis

  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Dashboard Ads, Meta Business Suite to assess campaign efficiency and optimization

  • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budget allocation, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs)

  • Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements/insights for performance management and optimization purposes across digital channels

  • Utilize tools such as google keyword planner, google trends, google insights, Chartmetrics, Crowdtangle to conduct keyword research and gather valuable insights on search trends and user behavior    

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of ad operations documentation

  • Collaborate with planning and social teams to test strategies and innovation


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or computer science emphasis preferred

  • 2+ years work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels

  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords

  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI

  • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders

  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized

  • Work Proficiently in MS Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, methodical and problem-solving skills

  • Business and creative minded with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management and project management skill
