[HCM] Content Creation & Audience Engagement (Executive)

What you'll do:

Create new visual assets, animation and content including social media posts, artwork, motion graphics and animation, short videos, info graphics and new concepts

Support Marketing team in optimizing campaign roll out, with efficient delivery of content and assets, monitoring content performance and making creative adjustments and changes

Develop editorial calendar around social media strategy to align with business goals, communicating with followers, respond to relevant queries in a timely manner

Provide direct operational support to the digital marketing team in all areas of a music or video release

Coordinate with internal teams and 3rd party designers / developers to produce all assets for a digital release - video, photo, post links, banners, social skins, landing pages, CRM blasts, artist websites, apps, interactive games and experiences

Help with content distribution campaigns.

Set up social media accounts and repurpose optimized content across platforms.

Stay close to Gen-Z and VietNam youth content trends and engagement patterns across META, Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms integrating those trends into domestic marketing campaigns. Ensure consistency and irreverence in content creation aligning with the artists and brand requirements, while also meeting usability and digital standards. Support Team in new ideas to collaborate with creators/Influencers and enhance campaign content and audience engagement

Who you are:

Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in a content/creative role working as part of a marketing or communications team


Strong technical background in visual communications with previous experience in content creation for social platforms, video content & animation, artwork design and layout, editing and typography. 

Previous experience designing content for social platforms, and be able to demonstrate your understanding of these platforms

Knowledge of content platforms, formats, and effective content flow

You will show creative flair from conception to execution and be focused on creating smart, fun and engaging content.

Experience working in entertainment, creative or fast paced agency environment

Fast Learning and Creative Problem-Solving skills.

A portfolio of previous work (design, animations, videos, photos) to showcase experience and creativity.

Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns, and projects in English.

A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills

Must have a passion for music, content and culture
