Duties & Responsibilities

- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction

- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customers touch points

- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics then exceed those goals throughout the campaigns/ projects

- Work closely with Head of brand & marketing communications and Production Department and coordinate team members (account executives, digital marketing planner, social content executive) to execute day-to-day operational processes including campaign/ project set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting…

- Prepare campaign/ project insights reporting, including analysis and research

- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to operate campaigns/ projects

- Manage weekly campaign/ project status documents for review

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Work closely with Finance Department on billing set up and invoicing

- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

- Focus on ensuring to maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight


- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Strong analytical, problem solving, campaign/ project management & team development skills

- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

- Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task and set/meet aggressive deadlines

Education and Qualifications

- BA of Marketing/ Business Administration/ Sales or relevant field

- 3 - 4 + years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management


- Salary + commission + bonus (mutual agreement)

- Remuneration in accordance with Vietnam's regulations
