Duties & Responsibilities

- Represent METUB with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a resource for clients and media agencies

- Manage existing and develop new relationships with clients and media agencies

- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and implement sales strategies and products across markets

- Deliver sales targets through strategic and creative selling

- Improves client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones

- Manages systems for forecasting accurate spend and track progress

- Understands client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure business is run profitably

- Translates agency strategy into innovative, exceptionable business plans for own client that deliver business value

- Manages team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service

- Creates the conditions for great work and champions great work


- Experience in selling large scale media campaigns

- Experience in selling custom campaigns to agencies

- Experience in digital media sales - social media and KOL preferable

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Strong analytical, problem solving, campaign/ project management & team development skills

- Thrive in a start-up culture and look for new ways to create value for the business and team

- Education and Qualifications

• BA of Marketing/ Business Administration/ Sales or relevant field

3 - 4 + years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management


- Salary + commission + bonus (mutual agreement)

- Remuneration in accordance with Vietnam's regulations
